We are a specialist EOR provider in Ireland, focused on getting the employment side of your Ireland hire right. That covers the contract, payroll setup, statutory deductions, and ongoing compliance with Irish employment law. Our team is based locally and our whole business is built around this work. Most of the larger global EOR platforms operate in Ireland through third-party partners. We do not. We own and run our own Irish entity, so the people managing your employee’s payroll and compliance are our team, not a subcontractor we have never met. When something needs resolving quickly, that matters.

Pricing you can predict
Our pricing is agreed upfront. A fixed monthly fee per employee covers the employment administration, payroll processing, tax filings, and HR support. We do not charge a percentage of salary, and there are no hidden costs that grow as the role grows.
A good fit for companies that care about the detail
We work well with companies that want the compliance handled properly and want a provider who will pick up the phone when things get detailed. If you want the cheapest option on the market and do not mind a bit of a runaround on support, we are probably not the right fit. If you want it done properly, we are worth a conversation.
We are part of Agility EOR, so if your hiring plans extend beyond Ireland, into the UK or the rest of Europe, we can support that through the same relationship. You do not need to find a separate provider for each country.
