PRICING QUESTIONS

Pricing, answered plainly

How is my monthly fee worked out?+
Our flat fee starts from €499 per employee per month and is confirmed in your quote, based on the role and what you need us to handle. Whatever the figure, it stays the same each month and covers payroll, filings, HR and your account manager.
Do you charge a percentage of salary?+
No. Our fee is a flat amount per employee, whatever they earn. A senior hire on €120,000 costs the same to administer as someone on €40,000, so your costs stay predictable as salaries grow.
Is employer PRSI included in the monthly fee?+
No, and no provider can absorb it, because it is a statutory cost set by Revenue (11.25% on most salaries). We pass it through at the exact amount with no markup, clearly itemised on your invoice alongside the gross salary.
What exactly is not included in the monthly fee?+
Three things, all billed at cost with nothing added: the employee’s gross salary, employer PRSI, and any benefits, pension or pre-approved expenses you choose to provide. Everything else, from payroll and filings to HR and your account manager, is in your flat fee.
What currency will I be billed in?+
Whichever currency works best for you. Your employee in Ireland is paid in euro, since that's the local currency and how Irish payroll has to run. Your invoice from us is a separate matter, though. We can bill you in nearly any currency in the world, so if it's simpler for your finance team to be invoiced in US dollars, pounds, or something else, we'll set that up.
Is there a minimum term or notice period?+
There's no fixed lock-in tying you to a minimum term. When an employee resigns or their employment ends, the fee for that employee stops. We can't put a flat figure like 30 days on it, though. The notice period is tied to your employee's own employment rights, so it depends on why the employment is ending and the statutory and contractual notice they're entitled to. In some cases that runs beyond 30 days. We handle the offboarding so it stays compliant with Irish law throughout.
